Marriage divorce rates are at an all time high, especially in the United States. If you want a marriage to last long what do you do? Let’s find out how it is in Mexico, where the women are much more family-oriented and close to their parents as well as grandparents.
The thing is if you meet a quality girl in Mexico, she will be happy there. She won’t have the need to go to the US, she’ll have comfort and family in Mexico. Do remember though, not all of Mexico is the same, and Mexico city you can find many college-educated women which speak basic English. Also they do like foreigners.
Here’s an interview about Mexican culture from a real Mexican girl, not one that grew up in the US:
Q: What do you like about the culture here (in Mexico)?
A: That we are very happy, dancers, and the food is very delicious. There’s a lot of variety in all of Mexico. Tacos, moles, tamales. That is what I like.
Q: What do you think of family culture?
A: We are very close to our families. We love them a lot. It’s passed down from our grandparents, then parents, and it depends on the family.
Q: How long do marriages last? These days what’s the percentage of divorce rates?
A: It depends on the age. Our grandparents spent 50 years together. With younger people, they don’t have long marriages and it can be around 5 years. Then they like to live separate and usually don’t re-marry.
Q: What do you prefer? To be married or single?
A: I want to get married but… it doesn’t have to be perfect.
